And
then 1999 arrived. RN Tickets, excited to play in Jamaica, close themselves
in their own studio to build the tracks for the new album, which recording
has been completed later in Jamaica: Reggae
Sunsplash has been postponed, but the band leave Italy to reach
Gee
Jam studios in Port Antonio, where they meet the guests of the new
album: Aston 'Familyman' Barrett (Wailers' bassist),
Manuel
Stain, Quizz, Lisa Dainjha, Bunny
Selassie,
Bobo. While the mastering
is going to be finished, BMG label published the new single Suono,
played very much by the most important network radio stations. The song
has a video filmed in Port Antonio, Jamaica.
14th
May is the scheduled date for the new album: the title is La
Isla and it's RN Tickets' best work: a great step toward contemporary
reggae music. |
